We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.

I have moved around and lived in many different apartments (with various management teams), and I have to say that Walnut Capital’s services are exceptional. At Bakery Living, the staff—especially the after-hours staff—are very friendly. The leasing office responds to emails promptly. In my previous apartments, I sometimes had issues that required external repairs. Here, the staff came quickly after I submitted a work request and fixed the problems smoothly. The money really worth it. The neighborhood is also a highlight. You can find a variety of restaurants at Bakery Square (5 minutes’ walk), Trader Joe’s and Staples (7 minutes’ walk), and Target (10 minutes’ walk), all nearby. There are several bus stops around that offer 10+ routes, and parking is usually available.
