This is one of the companies you want to avoid. The property was severely under-updated, very poorly maintained, and completely filthy at move in. It can be a huge headache to get a response from staff after requesting maintenance. Professionalism is not standard. Staff have been rude and incompetent on multiple occasions in response to politely requesting basic information (e.g, can you tell me why the water is shut off?) or maintenance. The professionals hired for some maintenance tasks (hvac techs, lock smiths, electricians) are good. The company’s in-house contractor is a friendly and well-intentioned amateur. If you want cheap housing from a company that cares about profits more than people, quality, or reputation, rent from them. If you want a rental company that is well organized and staffed with competent professionals, rent from Costello Management, Shadyside at Home, or other well-rated companies.
