I have lived at 5914 Walnut St for a little over a year. The building is nice and quiet, the surrounding community is friendly, and the apartment location is priceless. Kamin realty is very responsive and more than willing to address my needs.

I've lived here for about two full months and the location is fantastic. The apartment and building are well-kept and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. There are none of the amenities typically found in newer construction (outside of the laundry room, which is well-kept like the rest of the building), but this doesn't affect my experience.

I have been living here for the past one year, and I realized it is true what matters in real estate, "Location, Location, Location". The place is gorgeous, nestled in the suburbs but close to downtown Pittsburgh and the bustling Shadyside area. The place has excellent service and maintenance, and the rooms are spacious and wonderful, especially considering the relatively lower rent. It is quaint and lively at the same time. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments in this three story apartment building. The beautiful hardwood floors and balconies are only a couple of the amenities our building has to offer. It is located only 4 short blocks from the Walnut Street shopping district. Coin operated laundry and storage facilities are located in the basement of each building.
