Great value & location

Great location and a great value for the neighborhood. Nice tenants, everyone is fairly quiet. Maintenance respons quickly to requests. They just put in new windows this year.

You get what you pay for

I've lived in a studio apartment for three years hear. The rent is very affordable, but the housing quality is not high. Most of the windows were recently replaced, which was needed when I moved in. The location is great. There are alot of stores, restaurants and public transit routes nearby. Parking can be difficult to find. The street in front of the apartment is one of the few in the neighborhood that does not have permit parking.

Old but quite good and cheap

Good apt. for the cost. Very good location, nice garden, nice floor. But it is old, appliances, furniture, interior finishes, plumbing... all quite old.
