Love this complex!

I really like living here! The staff is great and helpful and my neighbors are awesome. I love the green space and the sidewalks are always quickly cleared of snow/ice. There's always street parking too.

Good location, decent apartment but old and needs work

Staff difficult to reach Maintenance workers are great but not timely Can hear noise from other apartments easily Old building which needs a lot of repair work and updating but property owners only do "quick fixes" which just perpetuates the problems.

Love the house but there are lots of things that need updated (I.e. rotten window frames, radiator valves)
