Great apartment in the perfect location. Carson street a short walk away and 15-20 mins to get any direction of the city or surrounding areas.

As a first apartment, I could not ask for a better deal price-wise. I have had to deal with several maintenance and appliance issues, but they do get resolved eventually. This apartment offers a decent amount of street parking only hindered by the occasional party thrown by the neighbors on the weekends. All contacts have been friendly and easy to contact. This place offers plenty of room for a 2/1-person household, however, if you like to cook the kitchen is a bit small.

Great apartment and location with many amenities available and within walking distance. Very quiet and good options for parking, highly recommend.
