Great Place for the Price
I've been living here for almost a full year now, and I really love it. It's a decent spot in this neighborhood and it's a perfect apartment for just myself :) My only complaint would be the lack of storage, but it just requires getting a little creative with your organization.

beautiful area and historic charm, quiet, safe, extremely overpriced for the size especially with no (zero) kitchen counter space regardless of utilities being included

Just up my alley!
I love this little place and had a great time designing it and making it home. Love the history, the old brick roads, pretty neighborhood, coffee shop, and the parks and lots of trees for the city!
