Spacious, Convenient, but Needs Maintenance

I've had a generally positive experience at Frontenac with a few areas for improvement. The building itself is nice, with well-maintained spaces and elevators, and the rooms are spacious, which is a big plus. The location is fantastic—right on S Highland Ave, close to the bus stop and great restaurants, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the neighborhood. However, the management here could improve in responsiveness. It sometimes takes a while to get issues addressed, which can be frustrating. The elevators, though handy, seem to break down fairly often. I’m not sure if it’s due to maintenance or resident misuse, but it can be inconvenient if you rely on them regularly. One big issue in October was a gas leak, which affected both gas and hot water. It was definitely a hassle, but management did provide space heaters and hot plates upon request, which was appreciated. Overall, Frontenac is a good place to live with some minor frustrations. If you can handle occasional maintenance delays and the odd elevator issue, it’s a spacious and well-located option in a great neighborhood.

It's ok

Good location, management is incredibly slow to respond to everything, elevator has been broken the entire time I've lived here and they refuse to actually fix it
