Hello! I have been in the unit for about 6 months now! We originally had a rough start with the unit not being ready for move in on the desired dates. I had to work with the crew over labor day weekend, but were able to get the issues resolved quickly. Kefalos is great! super responsive and helpful! There is no street parking, but that's to be expected. Location is amazing - 20 steps from the main drag on Butler Street. However, the noise in the unit is loud. In the summer, you can expect to hear the music from The Abbey until about 11:00 pm. The units above you are also incredibly loud. You will hear all movement from the person above you and when other tenants are doing wash below you. The stairs run through the middle of the unit, and that is incredibly loud as well, Just prepared for loud nights
