Nice neighborhood, quiet and relatively safe. Off-street parking is the best! Amenities are next to nonexistent (one expensive washer and dryer, no dishwasher, mediocre heat/AC) but you get what you pay for. Maintenance doesn't take initiative to upkeep the property unprompted, but upon request fixes are made quickly. If rent goes up I'm gone, but I like living here.

The apartments are small, best for those with very little items. There’s laundry but only one dryer and washer for 8 units ?? The parking is annoying because there aren’t lines and people don’t know how to park smart to maximize space. The area is quiet and peaceful. The bathroom and kitchen aren’t as up to date but the bedroom closet is huge.
