nice apartment in the heart of the city

The location and price are great, I was drawn to the windows, view, and the nice hardwood floors. The kitchen is spacious which was important for me.

Good location, decent amenities

I moved here 2 days ago and the location couldn't be better. Apart from the limited on street parking and basic amenities, the apartment building is decent place to live

Best Location

Christine Caffari I've lived here 10 years. It's convenient to my workplace and socializing, attending Pirate and Pens games. I do wish we still had security. I feel safe here, but still would prefer having security.

Great apartment downtown

If you want to live downtown and don't want to pay an arm and a leg, I suggest 201 Stanwix. I had previously lived in the Clark and it was more expensive, more congested, and wasn't in a particularly safe location. Moving to 201 Stanwix was a great choice because you're further from the congestion of downtown whilst being closer to Point Park and it's generally less expensive. Downsides: there's no security personnel and no one organizes the package room, so it's very difficult to find your mail, as well as a lot of packages go missing (which was never a problem at the Clark). Apparently there's noise issues in lower-floor apartments, but not in mine (on the top floor). The gym is great, but neighbors often complain about the noise from it, and there's no heavy bag.

Nice place but..

This is located in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh. Too many events and road closures affect parking. The management is a little helpful. They got rid of the security which is a concern. Walls are not sound proof as you can easily hear your neighbors. That being said, in house laundry, thermostat control and reasonable rent make it a decent place to live in downtown
