Processes could be more Simple and when processes change information should be distributed to the renters as it happens. We shouldnt be blind sided about changes

I rented Foulkrod for almost 5 years, never had any real issues. Staff was always available. Maintenance came right away. I would definitely rent again.

I have been living here for 3 weeks now. There hasn’t been any noise or safety concerns. I like that my building has a locked door and not just anyone has access to my building.
