Everything is fine for the most part but there is a big problem with houseflies in the halls -- to where any time the door is opened it risks letting some in. Once or twice there's been so many it can only be described as "swarming". May be getting in 2nd/3rd floor windows in the halls, but also looking from the outside one can see that many apartment window screens are heavily frayed or entirely absent.
