The Vesta

Been here since the building opened; management is really trying to make the best of our building's lack of amenities but it's not convenient to go to other buildings for basic amenities and it seems unfair to have the same unit pricing as the other sister buildings.

I have been living here for 3 years now. The maintenance team is very prompt! If I submit a request I always have it resolved within 24-48 hours. The property management office is also very responsive via email. Although parking in the area can be tight, if you pay for a parking spot it is very convenient. We have Target, Shoprite, Wawa, CVS (ETC) that are all a few minutes away. It is a very quiet building and everyone is very respectful of each other.

I've lived at The Vesta for 3 years now and just renewed my lease! I've never had ANY issues! The building is secure and quiet which I enjoy :) All of the modern fixtures make it a steal price wise compared to others in the area. Management and maintenance are always accommodating as well!

Plenty of street parking (especially for Manayunk/Roxborough neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and management is great to work with.

The trash can get out of hand but the maintenance is really good. Recommend to pay for parking if you can.

I really like my apartment and the location is great but the most recent rent increase was really steep considering there absolutely zero amenities. It seems like the leasing company is trying to make an effort to foster community with their other nearby properties which is nice but it'd be great if we had access to the amenities at the sister properties too.
