Location and apartment itself is decent. Lots of sunlight, and prices are reasonable. However, I’m not sure if there was a change in the office over the past year or so, but reaching anyone is virtually impossible. Email, phone, letter, it doesnt matter; you probably won’t get a response which is unfortunate because the space is nice. They have an AI text number which is pretty useless. Overall, you may get lucky if you have no issues and never need to contact anyone.

It’s ok. Love the area. The parking fee of $150 is way too much for such a little parking lot. I park in front of a dumpster and a wall. I can barely get out my car.

The convenience of the location, the efficiciency of work orders/requests, and ease of parking off-street makes the 3640 Stanton Street apartments a great place to live. After hopping around places for a handful of years, searching for the best space and location for me, my boxer dog, and car - I have finally found the best solution. Planning to extend for the second time!
