Cozy apartments

Overall, it's been very cozy here. Lots of space. Lots of storage. The surrounding area is nice. Close to Manayunk and Conshohocken. Plenty to do in the area.

Good value for your money

Certainly a busy area during the day but is quiet at night. Apartment is great! Building has a little deck on the roof. Parking is expensive, but street parking is available.

Nice place for working commuter

They advertise that they have parking, but didn't mention there is a wait list that is months long, all for about 10 spots. Street partking isn't too bad, at Worst you will have to walk a few blocks. Area feels pretty safe, and amazon has been pretty good about putting packages inside so I haven't had an issue with package thieves. Overall a nice apartment, but a little too far from downtown manayunk for my liking.
