I'm happy with everything except that three of the four burners don't work, one switch near the kitchen area doesn't work if it's a light or a vent, one outlet doesn't have electricity, the closet hinge is twisted and there are some stainsww on the drawer. The staffs are especially caring and nice tho

There is a lack of safety around the apartment. This could be fixed by hiring a doorman or implementing a locker room for packages.
