Good amenities, good staff. Location is okay. Friendly security and sometimes hot water doesn’t work.

Parking is difficult to find on the street and the lots are overpriced.Additionally, the neighborhood is not always safe (I was attempting to park and got harrassed by men who were loitering on the one way street next to darien). While maintentence does come, it took them 5x to fix my hot water. Without the discounted rent I would definitely say the cost of rent is overpriced. However, the high quality/luxury amenities, front desk attendants and privacy between units are much appreciated.
