Great open space and wonderful location
I have lived here about a month and love the location and wide open loft setup. Nice building and great neighbors with a quiet residential feel, but plenty to do in and near the neighborhood
Textile Lofts Review
Maitenance staff is good, location is great. But, was misled about a few things by property manager/ leasing agent.
Great maintenance
Everyone is accommodating and gets maintenance issues done in a timely manner.
Textile Lofts
Apartment complex is very nice and cozy. We do live above city fitness so you do hear a lot of noise from the gym which is a downfall. Maintence always comes within 48 hours to fox whatever we need. Building managers get back to you promptly. Location is 10/10, what you are paying for to live here. Walkable to everything in center city and safe atea. They do not offer parking, but street parking is pretty easy especially of you have a parking permit.
