Bine living here for over 20 years. Original landlord was excellent. Followed by 2 maybe 3 over a very short period of time, followed by current landlord. Good relationship with management. Location is the best, close to stores and public transportation.

When I moved in I had to have the place fumigated multiple times before i could even bring my stuff inside. I have lived in multiple apartments and never had management forcefully schedule to come into my apartment, like not once, but now they have a new “inspection process” they've created so they can come into your apartment multiple times a month, ALSO if you have pets they have to be removed. So if you like taking off multiple days a month bc you need to do something with your dog Because management needs to come into your apartment for the fourth time this month for absolutely no reason, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU ????
