New Resident

Rittenhouse Hill Apartments so far has been a great experience! The staff are helpful and the residents are pleasant and friendly. The noise level is practically zero most days. It is my new home for the next year or more and am looking to a continued great experience!

Great Place to Live If you can Park

The location is amazing, the staff are so friendly and maintenance requests get filled super quickly! So its a wonderful place to live and the huge windows everywhere make it so bright and cheery. The only complaint I would have is that there is not enough parking for everyone that lives here. There are options for parking and the more expensive one allows you into the garage under the building, but the more reasonable one is for the outside lots and recently people have had to make up spots because there is literally no where to park. I used to make fun of the people parking in ridiculous places, but then I came home later than usual and understood why. There were NO real spots left. And it seems to happen every night. Everything else is great, just wish there was more parking available.
