Good not Great, Definitely better than others

I have been living in a studio apartment here for about 4 years and although I am moving, it's not due to a bad experience. I would say there are good amenities that I have enjoyed here, good people that I've communicated or connected with, fun times had in the back yard and in my own home, and a great location for me personal and professionally. Now with every positive, there are negatives. It's not as clean as I'd have liked, the parking situation is very tough considering we pay for it, there are a few faults in the structure (for instance an emergency exit has been broken for a month or two). Nonetheless there hasn't been any major issues, and frankly no issue that I wouldn't expect to potentially deal with anywhere else. I again have enjoyed things such as the gym, the basketball court, pool, grill, and much more. My only issue now is the price. I need to move to a one bedroom, or start downgrading to get a home. In my new place I have the opportunity to do both. The price for the one bedroom is understandable for a luxury apartment, but for it to stick things will need to be more clean and well-kept to make it worth it. If you are a couple you may be able to afford it and definitely will enjoy it, but as a single person it is just too expensive and may not be completely worth the cost.
