Run down luxury

Low standard luxery. Could upgrade alot of little things to make residents feel like they are getting money worth. Gym needs a revamp, more equipment and less bikes and stuff. Takes up alot of space when there could be more useful stuff. Evevators are always down in back and forced to walk to front. Should add a dog washing station for residents in basement or garage…that would be huge benefit.
