When I needed something from management I had to call and email repeatedly to even get an acknowledgment of my request, it's poor service for what claims to be a luxury building

I love my apartment itself but hate the way the property is managed. Nothing promised upon moving in was followed through. Never got the coffee shop as advertised, took almost 2 years for the "community garden" to become a thing. Rooftop is poorly maintained, Project Manager is nonexistent, and security/safety is never a priority.

Enough street parking around at all times of day to be moderately convenient. Apartment was in great condition on move in day. Latch app has been great and easy to use.
