Finish on certain parts of apartment is poor. Every Noise is heard from the unit.

took 6 months to get parking, building is nice, fitness center is under-wellming , consistent construction issues, and I pass homeless everywhere I go. this is overpriced ??????????

Apartment is nice with all new appliances. Love the balcony. Gym is nice and practical. Great price for what is provided. Staff commincation during and before the move in process was lacking at best. A lot of information not provided had to basically figure everything out on our own. Not very responsive. Can also clesrly hear the TV of either the apartment above or next to us so walls are very thin but not a deal breaker.

This is my first ever review in which I'm only leaving a review as I wish I would've seen a review like this before moving to Industry lofts. I greatly regret moving into this building. If you value PRIVACY, QUIET-TIME, OR PEACE.. this is NOT the place for you. The walls are suppperrrr THIN! Here's the list of things you will hear while living here: -Neighbor cooking, washing dishes -Neighbor underneath of you, left and right of your unit -Couple "bonding" time from start to finish..your walls will sometimes even shake/ make noise based on the enthusiasm of the partner. -Your walls will vibrate when your neighbors are playing music. -When your neighbor is watching tv, you might as well catch up on the show or movie with them because guess what? YOU WILL HEAR IT and CLEARLY. -Your neighbors talking, even whispering can be heard through the walls. I've heard more than I should've... Now I know sound is expected to travel when living in an apartment building however you should not hear everything in your neighbors apartment. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING which means they can hear you too. So no privacy and no peace if you value your sleep. Your neighbor will feel more like your roommate. With this all said, being in your shoes as a prospective tenant I would run for the hills! I'm currently counting down the days until my lease is done so that I can move and never look back at this place. If you have to chance it and move here.. I pray you have considerate neighbors and if not be prepared to soundproof your shared wall(because there is no soundproofing) or buy a sound device to minimize the noise. Best of luck!

Living here is great, the parking lot is overpriced and i can hear my upstairs neighbors talk at full volume at time, location is nice and apartment itself is nice
