The location is awesome. It has great access to walk to main street Manayunk, Ivy ridge train station, and the Schuylkill river trail. The downsides to this building are the walls are very thin, and I can hear neighbors' toilets, footsteps, and laundry machine signals. I guess that is the downside of living in a wooden midrise, but I do wish there was more sound insulation between the units

Moved in during a heatwave just to find out my central cooling system is broken. Was given a portable AC that only cools one of my rooms, so half of my apartment is pretty much inaccessible. Not looking forward to my sky high electric bill at the end of this month.

Finish on certain parts of apartment is poor. Every Noise is heard from the unit.

took 6 months to get parking, building is nice, fitness center is under-wellming , consistent construction issues, and I pass homeless everywhere I go. this is overpriced ??????????

Apartment is nice with all new appliances. Love the balcony. Gym is nice and practical. Great price for what is provided. Staff commincation during and before the move in process was lacking at best. A lot of information not provided had to basically figure everything out on our own. Not very responsive. Can also clesrly hear the TV of either the apartment above or next to us so walls are very thin but not a deal breaker.
