nice location and amenities. Wish the dog park on the roof was larger than a 4 x4 run and the bilding had parking

Historic character in a great neighborhood

The building has tons of histoic charm, and the units are fairly light and airy. Awesome neighborhood. Decent amenities and tasteful fixtures, although the roof deck was closed for an unacceptably long time for repair, and the quality/ durability of some of the fixtures is mediocre. Have had repeated issues with ceiling leaks, though to their credit, maintenance has fixed them promptly.

Harbisons Dairy 10/15/2023

I love living here at Harbisons Dairy. It is a beautiful older building with updated appliances and design choices that bring it into the now. They haven't forgotten their past though with references to what the old building used to be like everywhere throughout the property. Their agents are quick to respond to any issues. The community is so nice, and all the residents are very sweet and kind and helpful. Parking is SPARSE and will continue to be so as more apartment buildings get built with no recompense in terms of parking being added, but we are so close to the train that it hardly matters at all. It is walking distance to many Philly and Fishtown attractions, and we are so happy we chose this as our home:)
