Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate the comfortable mattresses, reliable lighting and heating, and the overall safety of the apartment complex. They also value the amenities center, gym, and laundry facilities, which are highlighted as very nice. Additionally, the staff and maintenance team are described as reliable and amazing.

ive called maintenenece at least like 5 times in the past month and this bathroom is still just broken

Great amenities but a lot of stuff had to be fixed

Cons: The bathtub material immediately started to peel off, drainage is poor, sinks didn't work, stove and dishwasher low quality, cable TV didn't work. Extremely noisy construction the entire semester. Blinds on windows are fake - they don't block any light. Furniture low quality (table legs broke easily, etc). Pros: mattresses were comfortable, lighting and heat worked fine, overall apartment complex is safe and staff/maintenance is reliable. The amenities center is very nice and location is good.

Not worth the money at all. Moving out next year. Great apartment but would rather live anywhere else cheaper and there are nicer AND cheaper properties in the area. Overall management has been good and facilities are really nice but in light of Covid-19 have been unhelpful and uncommunicative. West and Down is loud.

Excessive Noise and Elevator Maintenance

The extremely long time it took to fix the elevator caused great inconvenience and exhaustion as a resident living on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the noise from the club downstairs didn't help the situation and instead caused further inconvenience as I am often prevented from sleeping or studying past midnight, and am instead forced to listen to the wails of drunkards. I don't think it was initially ever a good idea to allow a club to open directly below students' residence - I really hope HamCo staff can deal with these issues better soon.
