Lived here only for a few months. Great for the most part. It is clear that some building wide maintenence is in order (specifically with regards to pipes/heating/etc), thanks to some strange sounds, but otherwise it is a beautiful building. staff is very polite and kind.

Priced very high, inconsistent managerial responses to resident inquiries and requests for assistance, regular issues with structural maintenance and repairs. Sometimes takes months for resolution of major issues from plumbing to leaks. Combative managerial staff. Questionable accounting practices (no running itemized list of balances paid and accounted for that you can track). Lackluster amenities (one gym and basement rec room both of which have sparse equipment and features and neither of which have any fans or air conditioning/heat. Property management regularly charge huge difference to different residents for similar units with no explanation. In the past repairs done have been shoddy and incomplete. Since 2019 no air ducts have been cleaned - the entire pandemic lives on in our ductwork. Water pressure nonexistent in higher floors, below code.

For several years I have lived here and watched the neighborhood start to improve. It is dodgy at times, but the makings are here of an area that will be great one day when its safer for residents at any hour. The building is unique and interesting and doesnt have the best amenities, but improvements are gradually coming along and the resudents are mostly quiet and respectful, and thise who arent dont last long.

I really like the apartment but the area is not the best. There is always trash everywhere outside the building and people screaming in the street late at night. Not the best.

Over more than a year I’ve been robbed, countless packages stolen, and dealt with constant flies and gnats in the building during warmer months. Property, parking gate, hall lights, and regular maintenance are not taken care of in timely fashion. When they replace air filters they use substandard filters which make dust travel throughout your home. Black mold is an issue in the bathrooms which do not have vents to clear the humidity. Rooms are poorly laid out with strange footprints making arranging furniture comfortably much more difficult than it appears when empty. During the pandemic when they had lawyers doing residents applications for assistance they were entering wrong information and subsequently filed for eviction due to their own errors. The property as a whole, as well as its management could politely be described as a “missed opportunity.”
