For several years I have lived here and watched the neighborhood start to improve. It is dodgy at times, but the makings are here of an area that will be great one day when its safer for residents at any hour. The building is unique and interesting and doesnt have the best amenities, but improvements are gradually coming along and the resudents are mostly quiet and respectful, and thise who arent dont last long.

I am overall happy with the apartment but at times it feels safety and security are concerns from the residents as well as responsiveness from management.

I’ve only lived at this residence for 1 month. So far there are things I like and things I really don’t care for. The first thing I like is the unit itself. It’s modern, but still industrial. It’s relatively close to everything nice in Fishtown/East Kensington area. I do NOT like how much noise comes into the unit from every direction, especially the unit above me. I did mention this to the property manager, but she claimed there was nothing she could do. The gym is decent, but could have better ventilation and more machines. If you’re looking for a real gym, go to planet fitness. There were some things you can tell the painters and maintenance rushed because it’s a little sloppy. Overall, it’s a nice unit.
