Great residence

My overall experience at Garden Court Plaza has been positive. Maintenance is very responsive to issues, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and although the gym has shrunk in size over the past few months due to construction, it is still a great amenity. Just praying for the construction to be over soon

Mixed Experience

I've resided in this apartment for three months and have had a mixed experience. The staff are undoubtedly the highlight; they are incredibly warm and accommodating, enhancing the overall living experience. However, ongoing construction has been a downside, although it promises improved amenities in the future. The community skews younger and is generally friendly. The apartment features brand-new fixtures and appliances, but the quality of workmanship leaves something to be desired. For instance, electrical outlets are improperly installed, and the paint quality is subpar, easily damaged by even the lightest adhesive. I've also experienced bathroom flooding on three occasions. Additionally, due to rushed construction, I faced a two-month delay in Wi-Fi installation, requiring multiple visits from Comcast. Despite these drawbacks, the apartment has potential and will likely be a more attractive option once construction is complete and amenities are fully functional.

Its a very nice place to live if you have a car and don't mind walking about 15-30 minutes

Very loud construction, inconvenient elevator service. Great staff, very responsive. Love apartment setup and amenities, for example gym. Wish pool was done to use. Parking is great other than very dusty inside lot.
