I have lived here for almost 3 years. The building is in a nice area and parking tends to not be hard to find. The building seems to be improving. I have had issues with maintenance requests being done, but they seem to be getting better with that. The office and management staff are friendlier than they used to be. Compared to similar buildings in Philadelphia, the rent charges are reasonable.
