I love living at UC Flats! The management team is super nice and helpful and maintenance always comes as soon as you ask. Street parking is always very available, which is a plus for anyone who has to drive to work.

Staff, Landlords, Maintenance (Ameer), are amazing. So approachable, and they really care about their tenants. However, walls are quite thin, and location is a little sketchy (2 gas stations within a block). But very cheap, and great value.
