great but train noise can be irritating
Great location if you like city living. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Only downside is noise of CXS trains at times plus trains sometimes part trains too close to gate opening to River path. This triggers entry gates to stay closed for hours.
Best Rental Community in Philly
This is the 3rd location I have lived in Center City and it has surpassed all my expectations. The property is meticulously maintained, location is perfect, dog friendly and very welcoming staff. I recommend the Edgewater community to all of my friends.
