Apartments are in need of substantial renovation. Except for the good amount of space the apartments are overpriced compared to more updated apartments.

Very nice place to live. They do all they can to make everyone feel valued.

The property management and ownership have made noticeable positive changes and constant upgrades to the building. My complaint about the shopping carts have nothing to do with how well the building is managed or maintained. When I do complain, management addresses it immediately. I could not be more satisfied. The location is great, right around the corner from the horse stables, supermarkets and restaurants...and the elevators are always running. I truly love it here!!!!

We moved 5/1/2025. It was the best decision ever. After a few months, many upgrades have been made. The lobby looks amazing. The new hallway painting and lighting is making the place more pleasant and very bright. The new awning looks much better than the old one. The new flags with new name looks very appealing. it feels welcoming, peaceful, and well cared for. The neighbors are friendly, the surroundings are comfortable, and it already feels like home. The maintenance crew is ready to tackle any repairs in the apartment with professionalism and care. I’m grateful to be in a place where I can relax, feel safe, and truly enjoy everyday life. The community is very mixed, and that makes it very engaging. The management office is ready to assist you with any concerns or questions, it doesn't matter if it's via phone call, email, or text.

Not an ideal place to live . The staff is cold and not welcoming . It looks nice but you can do better else where
