Very noisy on Weekends. Need soundproof Windows

Could choose a better color for the kitchens and bathrooms. The green is too dark. It’s like you’re in a cave. The color should be white. Also get rid of the popcorn ceilings.

Parking accidents

Had 2 people hit my car while parked in the garage. One of the people did not leave insurance and name so I had to spend many hours looking over garage video. Apartment windows should be soundproof because I can hear a street noise. Also getting in and out of garage while street construction is going on is inconvenient.
