Rent is lower than other properties in cc. Central location but noisy. Building should invest in sound proof windows. Maintenance is ok. Doesn’t fix issues completely. Water heater is battery operated and water will turn cold unless you replace batteries. Makes no sense. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Pros-Centrally located with garage parking, pleasant staff. Cons- can hear a street noise, in-unit washer dryer needs upgrade with a door, kitchen and bathrooms are very dark, needs a lighter paint color. Also kitchens have a pass-through window that should be converted to an island. Kitchens should come with microwave already installed.Bathrooms should be upgraded. with a glass shower door. Shower water pressure is not very strong.

Central location but can hear outside noise . Apartment should invest in sound proof windows. Parking fills up and spaces are small. Maintenance does the bare minimum ie. clearing a blocked drain. Instead of snaking it, they use draino which is a temporary solution. Maintenance enters apartment even when you request they call first.

Could choose a better color for the kitchens and bathrooms. The green is too dark. It’s like you’re in a cave. The color should be white. Also get rid of the popcorn ceilings.
