Something alway broken

I picked the Adelphia because of its location, washer and dryer on my floor, and it had three elevators. Unfortunately it always seems like an elevator or a washer/dryer is always broken. The front desk staff was better a couple of years ago, but aside from Rich, the staff is lacking in their roles.

Issue after Issue but great location and Unit Size

We have lived here for 3 summers. I love the location and the size of our apartment and honestly, the inside of the unit is beautiful as well. My issue is that we have had a persistent condensation issue with our AC Since we moved in. Every summer we know to expect extreme water damage to our floors walls and ceilings as well as 2 months of construction to fix the issue. Additionally, as a tenant, it has become my responsibility to maintain the timeline necessary for any work to be completed because otherwise the work will literally not be done. Last year we waited around 10 months to have our warped splintering hardwood repaired and I fear that is going to happen again as we have been in construction since June trying to resolve our AC issue. Additionally, our trash rooms tend to overflow leaving our hallway smelling like trash. The cleanliness of our building comes in waves, typically we will have a good month of cleanliness and then fall into a month where the floors are not vacuumed trash gathers in the building entry and literal human feces is left on our front door. When I reach out regarding these issues they tend to be resolved within the week but we know to anticipate it occurring again in the following months as it always does. Finally, in our communal hallway/stairwell, there is peeling wallpaper that has been hanging from the walls since the day after we moved in due to a leak that was occurring on the roof. While the leak was repaired no one has glued the wallpaper back up and when I mentioned this in my lease negotiation last year it was still never resolved. Again our building location and unit size/appearance is a dream it is just a shame that PMC Clearly does not care AT ALL about the maintenance of their building.. This building is advertised as a luxury building and quite frankly with how little they try to maintain the building it is apparent to anyone who visits that there is no luxury aside from our location.

great apt for the price and location. But building not well maintained- elevators often broke, no routine/thorough cleaning, windows broken or jammed for years that have not been repaired.

Should be better.

Maintenance reauests are never honored. Management is impossibe to reach. Don’t understand why this is ran so poorly.
