Better than most but not great

- The noise is never ending. (Super cheap and thin walls) - No secure parking. (Car was stolen, broken into, towed without warning sometimes which also led to breaking part of my car door handle.) - Rent was steady for 4 yrs and recently went up and now Im in fear of it getting higher next year.
