We love the apartment and location. It would be fantastic if the management company was able to send an email to more than one resident at a time. After repeated requests to send communication to all parties instead of just one, my co-resident is repeatedly left off of communications. We also were auto enrolled in renters insurance AFTER sending proof of coverage. The follow up email notifying us of the enrollment is where we were informed of where to send proof of enrollment in our own policy. Why would we be told of where to send proof of coverage AFTER the enrollment deadline instead of before. Very frustrating management, lovely property.
