Mold stairwell and broken appliance

Our dishwasher has been broken since we moved in. We have submitted 4 maintenance requests and it still is yet to be fixed. There is also mold growing in the 26th street lonby stairwell and the elevator is broken so the mold stairwell is your only way up.

Great New Apartments

We moved in to this building about a week ago, and we have had a very nice experience so far. I will update with anything relevant as more time goes by, but below are my thoughts: LEASING: the leasing process was easy. You pay the deposit when you apply and the unit is then taken off the market while your background check is processed. The lease-signing process is easy and all online as well. No complaints. MOVE-IN: Move-in was very easy too. The route to/from the elevators and apartment were easy to navigate without any tight corners. YMMV on this one if your unit is further from elevator, etc. Staff were on-site if anything went wrong. APARTMENT: the units are very beautiful with sleek but charming finishes. Our unit is spacious and bright with a decent view. The kitchen is large with lots of storage, and love that the refrigerator has an ice machine. My only qualm is I wish there was under-cabinet lighting, but we installed our own with a smart light-strip, so all good. The bathrooms are nice as well with good finishes and nice built-in storage. HVAC works very well too, and each room has it's own zone so you can customize temp by room. Overall, no complaints. Not a lot of people live in the building yet so I cannot speak to noise from neighbors. AMENITIES: the building is simple, but has most of what you need. The gym is well-equipped, and I like that the cardio equipment can *very* easily be paired to my Apple Watch to track my stats. There are also Amazon hub package lockers in a tucked away package/mail nook. And there is covered/uncovered parking which is a huge plus in this neighborhood. Everything is secured with Latch which is very easy to use and makes the property feel very secure. MANAGEMENT: this is a new building, and there are definitely processes/minor issues that seem to need to be worked out, but I have only positive things to say about management at this point. Diona helped us through the leasing and move-in process and continues to be our

Amazing place!

I would certainly recommend someone to live here and I haven't even moved in yet! I really enjoyed the tour, the layout/modern design of the rooms/property, and quietness.
