Very Noisy but Good location.

If you are looking for a good location then this is your best option on Market Street. But if you like a little peace, then this is not the place for you. Trader Joe's is right below so makes it very convenient if you are working and have no time to do groceries. The building is old, so plumbing is an issue. We face quite a few issues, however the Maintence guys are prompt so was resolved in no time. But I would have liked it if there were no issues especially since we were in a 1bath. Parking can be an issue. We sold our car when we moved here. The street parking below is usually available but comes with a cost. There are lots of paid parking around the building which the Apartment can tie up with and provide as an amenity since Gym and an open terrace are the only Amenities in the building.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Shoddy Apartment

The staff is all very friendly and try very hard to make the best out of things. There is nightly noise from Trader Joe’s restocking or construction almost nightly, as well as frequent false emergency alarms. The appliances in my apartment are outdated, and when my fridge broke, they replaced it with an older fridge that continues to have issues. My faucet handle broke off during COVID so I can’t get that fixed, but it should have been replaced before I moved in. When I moved in, I spent three days deep cleaning the baseboards, shower (that took 3 hours alone), sinks, faucets, etc. to get all the soap scum, dust, pet hair, and other debris left behind from what little cleaning had been done. I also had to replace my own toilet seat (the maintenance guy left it behind, I think it slipped his mind). The fixtures are functional, but old and rusted at the seams. They should have been replaced prior to me moving in. My bathtub floor is chipped. The fridge is too big for its space, as is the dishwasher and microwave. The stove top buttons don’t allow you to accurately choose a temperature, and the burners are uneven so it’s hard to cook well. I’ve addressed these things during inspections and whenever maintenance comes by, but since it’s not broken they don’t seem to care to fix these issues. This apartment is a nice location, with friendly staff. It should not be called anything close to “luxury” with the outdated appliances and old, worn, and breaking fixtures.

Great Location

Great location and we love our corner unit apartment with amazing views, but we definitely have had issues with our heating unit which is quite the bummer considering one of our windows isn't insulated.

Good value, smoke is a problem

Good value and beautiful windows, with kind staff. The biggest downside is smell of cigarette smoke throughout halls, and that it sometimes seeps into the apartment from neighbors.
