Floors in hallways are uneven (tripping hazards). pipes are old. windows are leaky (massive energy waste). apartments need upgrades. Mail system inconvenient. security, cleaning, and maintenance staff need raises. very beautuful and private apartment spaces. No parking (loading only). management should reevaluate their salaries. Busy center city location with traffic Fire department across the street. No trash cans for dog waste. Otherwise, a great place to live!

Lived here close to half a year now. I would say the location is great. Very close to alot of areas and very walkable. Theres no parking on site which isnt a big deal if you are not driving. The main entrance seems to be lacking in that wow factor. It often smells in there as well. The front desk people come off as extremely rude. When you ask them to grab a package, they dont really acknowledge you and often are disgusted to grab it for you. isnt that their job? One front desk person have slammed the ipad on the desk when I asked. To note, it is not all the front desk people, just a certain few. I rather have an Amazon lock room installed in the back to be honest so I dont have to deal with these people. Overall, the price of the apartment is great. Everything is smooth. The maintenance guys are great. They are on top of everything. Trash is taken care of on every floor very well.. Laundry on the floor is great, no issues there.

Pros: Incredible location, great amenities, reasonable price Cons: miserable front desk staff, maintenance is either incredible or very off. Very specific to my apt but upon moving in, my unit had brand new hardwood floors(awesome) but after install, painting must have veen completed and nothing was put down on floor. Therefore, there are paint slabs everywhere throughout the unit.

When I first moved in, the smoke alarm in the bedroom had run out of battery so was beeping every few minutes. That got resolved fairly quickly, however every other maintenance issue I have had has not been resolved. The bathroom sink does not drain correctly and there is sludge that comes out of the drain. There are missing blinds in the bathroom. The ceiling paint in the living room is chipped. I have submitted requests on all of these things but none have been resolved. The only thing good about this place is the location since it is right on top of a Trader Joe's and is right next to a trolley stop.
