I have lived at this apartment for about 6 months now and absolutely love the location. Management always responds to maintenance requests in a very timely manner.

I have lived at this property for almost a year and have had a great experience with the management company. It is also in a great location--very close to Penn's campus as well as public transit, shopping, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the area's residents are predominantly Penn undergraduate students and there are occasional parties late into the night. Overall, I have had a great experience living in this building.
