Intial Value was good, but with rent increases every year with no added amenities the value has continued to drop.

I've enjoyed living here. Although there are some very loud neighbors who are also rude at times. Parking is never to bad, you can usually find a spot. In terms of value, I do think its a bit on the higher side, especialy with the lack of amenities provided. Maintenance is great an very communicative.

The common space is not clean. Front door, steps and hallway. It should be more then once every 3 months!

Our experiences has been pretty good so far. Recently someone moved into the apartment underneath us, and have pretty loud so far.
