Green Valley Flats

I've lived here for two years and absolutely love it. The apartments are clean, quiet, and cozy ; they're cottage-style flats ( meaning no noisey upstairs or downstairs neighbors). Outside is a peaceful, country-like setting, with a Laundromat directly across the street and a few bus stops two minutes from my front door. My neighbors are friendly and helpful and there's a nice sense of community here ; no drama, loud music, or craziness. Most importantly, I feel very safe. Seven months ago new management took over this community and they set about making improvements ( both interior and exterior) with a vengeance; it's very exciting to see how nicely this whole place is shaping up and I hope to be here for many years to come !

Raise the rent every year But never up grade the places or fix anything!!!

I really would appreciate it if the driveway was paved completely. There are too many deep holes in the ground especially when it rains and have deep snow.
