Beacon Hill
Overall its fine. Parking is not good. Cars are left sitting for months without ever moving. Streets should be lined with parking spots because the cars that dont ever move take up to 4 spots because there aren’t lines on the streets that designate an actual spot.
Quiet and roomy
Townhouse has plenty of space and storage. Grounds are well maintained and neighbors are friendly. Allowing pets is the best part.
Temporary Town
Slowly but surely getting it together. Cute & quiet neighborhood for a temporary town.
Beacon Hill townhomes
We love living in the townhomes. All neighbors are friendly, great location near many things, and home is very updated. Everything about our home and community is beautiful!
Okay
I love the townhouse and the area. My only takeaway is that the rent increases each year. Makes it hard to have a family placed her long term to watch a child go through all educational levels. Elementary, middle school and high school. Not a little increase either so this is something to keep in mind if you move to Beacon Hill. Other than that, the community and staff are great.
