Mifflin Manor Apartments

I love my apartment. Unfortunately many of the outside advantages have been taken away as well as washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also maintenance is hit or miss. I used to love to sit outside and watch the ball games or visit with my neighbors. Now that's not allowed you can't even visit in the halls anymore. It sometimes feels like a prison with all the rules and regulations. I once knew all my neighbors now I barely know them if I see them. Due to cancer all my pkgs used to be delivered to my door now they aren't even in the building and I've lost several and had to pay to replace them as they say they were delivered. The staff has mostly been pleasant and try to be helpful. It seems like every year we lose more and more and pay more and more. We were once promised a garden area, a picnic area, and an enclosed dog walking area. We never received any of these. The tees have been removed, we aren't allowed to sit outside or in the halls and visit. Not a fun place to live anymore.

Location is quiet and neighbors are respectful and kind. Thoroughly enjoy living here and plan to stay a while.

not too many issues with my unit in particular, but the building has a few persistent issues. repairs seem to be prioritizing aesthetics rather than actual building maintenance and upkeep.
