Prompt Maintenance
At 3:30 on a Friday afternoon my water heater made an awful racket. Fearful I'd be without hot water for the weekend I immediately contacted the office. The maintenance crew promptly came and within an hour the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Earlier in the week I needed my large kitchen lights replaced and that concern was resolved within a day. Other occasional issues that have cropped up have been promptly dispatched. I'm grateful for the care and respect with which the property manager and the maintenance team have responded to both big and small issues that result from daily living.
