living here is nice and quiet. there are wonderful opportunities to do things with the community. Parking is okay too sometimes it can feel a little crowded or people driving a little too fast, but I never have issues finding a spot to park. I do wish we had one more location for trash and recycling.

This place is an over priced joke! Maintanance NEVER takes care of the problems , waits days to come out before they will look at your concern, bags of trash are left behind bushes if you happen to live on the 1st floor. Everyone their is so two faced and cannot trust anyone. Do not recommend this place at all, I cannot wait till my lease is up.
