Great location, good townhouse

I have been here about 9 months. It has mostly been a good experience, but the staff has shown to be somewhat less than personable. E=Mails from the staff are usually brusque and even occasionally aggressive, even on simple topics. I was very unhappy when trash collection from my house was discontinued, for a very flimsy excuse. I now have to take my trash to the site dumpster, clearly a cost saving for the site, but there has been no reduction in the rent.
