Comfortable Living and Amentities
I have lived here 3 years now. I enjoy the neighbors and our surroundings. Kudos to our maintenance department this winter. They worked very hard to make sure our parking lots and pavements were clear after the 3 snowstorms we have had so far. The grounds are kept clean. They put a lot of effort. If there is something to be fixed, they are there immediately. The girls in the office always go out of their way to help in any circumstances.
Great Staff
The office & maintenance staff here are a solid team. Efficient, responsive, genuinely friendly and very, very good at what they do. You will never have better people working for you than these folks. Reward them as often as you can.
Very Kind Staff
Honestly, this is such a little hidden area and I love it. The staff are very kind and respectful. Communication is great. Maintenance is wonderful as well and does an awesome job. I don't think I could ask for any more. It's a place I'd love to stay for years.

I've been living in Highland Park since 2015. First thing to consider is the great location which is close to everything you need including Capital City Mall, major highways, public school. government buildings and shopping centers. Harrisburg city is 5 minutes and the famous Hershey Parks is 20 minutes away. You can find a job easily at 3 huge Amazon facilities, hundreds of healthcare centers, transportations and trucking, warehouses, and so many other industries. The area is beautiful, peaceful, 100% safe, secured and clean. There are plenty of parking spots for tenants and their guests. Awesome trees and well-maintained grass on both sides of the street. The manager and staff are really great people. They treat residents in friendly way making them feel comfortable in their homes.
