Why Renters Love It Here
Its pretty good
Maintenance is amazing here. I really like the main guy doing it. Hes so nice and is willing to help almost immediately. He also always answers his phone. My main complaint is the parking. Parking in this area is scary bc it seems theres not enough eyes on the rotted trees and surely isnt enough action taken. The big tree finally came down as it was rotting, but I dont understand how the white car that was completely destroyed on my block wasnt avoided. Someone could have been inside and that alone is horrific. I hope whoever is in charge of the trees is more aware of this and is doing more about it. The parking itself can also be annoying. I feel like maybe there should be lines against the hydrant so people know how close/far to be. If at all possible, id feel like wed have more spaces for myself and other cars. A lot of people park so far away that a car could ALMOST park by the hydrant but legally could not, if that makes sense. Its a minor frustration so if lines cant be done, I understand! Other than these things I do love the place even if it has no in-appartment laundry! I love the area, we have very quiet and kind neighbors! I like how kind the tenants are and how pets dont bother them, it’s hard to come by! But the maintenance guy is definitely a highlight for being so attentive to us!
Review
I have been living here for a few months now and i’ve liked it so far. Small problems with amenities but maintenance is responds really fast. I love the area as well.
Good
Been here since 2012...no problems. Wish there were more washing machines and dryers in the buildings
An excellent place to live!
2 1/2 years--always very clean and well run. Maintenance staff is skilled and very efficient. The building is quiet, people are considerate. A pleasure!
