We moved to the area for a job. We rented sight unseen. Jen and Jasmine in the front office were great!!! We loved the area the apartment was great. The apartment area is clean, safe and family friendly. A great place to live.

This is our 2nd year in this community. I interacted with leasing office several times. They are so friendly and are always available to help clarifying my queries. I also had couple of emergency maintenance requests and all the time these requests were addressed within half an hour. Leasing office staff (especially Ms. Robbin) is so friendly and are always patient and listen to the residents. I only faced one issue, which was related to the water supplier (Yes Energy) in the community. I never got a straight answer from them but Ms. Robbin made extra efforts to get the complete answers from them for me. I would love to stay in this community for another couple of years and would recommend this community to my friends with families. It’s a great and safe place for kids.

Professional and friendly staff. Maintenance team is very responsive. Convenient location, and very nice and new places. You pay more but get the location and ammenities. Gym needs some updating.

Ive been nothing but happy while living here at the Reserves. The staff is always very nice and helpful and respond quickly to any questions I have. My apartment is perfect for my needs. The clubhouse is very clean and suits my needs perfectly. It's a great place to live!
