I like the location and it's a nice neighborhood. Maintenance is poor. Never had a problem solved smoothly or completely.

We have lived here for seven years. The main complaint is how much the rent goes up each year as it used to be $25 per year and now it goes up by $100 or more.

Good place to live, could be updated and better with maintenece. However everytime theres an update the rent goes up so Id rather have it be this way and affordable than have insane rent prices.
