Rent astronomically high

Rent keeps going up but no improvements or updates have been made on the property. We don’t have a pool and its not fair that we can’t even get a pool pass to any of your other locations. Please tell me, with the rent increase, WHAT DOES IT PAY FOR!!!

Overall, I am pleased with the location. I feel it is unfair that we don’t have access to a pool or a family pass to any of your other locations, yet our rent goes up every year with NO new amenities. I feel cameras should be installed to pinpoint those residents not picking up after their children/pets.
